2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and specifications displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

All orders are sent with tracking, and tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Cancellations

For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you should return the goods within 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods when exercising your right to cancel.

Where you have selected a delivery service that costs more than our standard delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.

Where goods have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess them, any reduction in value will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible purchases.

The original item must be returned before an exchange can be processed. Items should be returned with their original packaging and accessories where possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our exchange policy.
